Dayglow Cream Developer 30 Vol. - 5 Liter

Dayglow Cream Developer is designed to be used with Dayglow Permanent Hair Color. Dermatologically tested and available in 5 vol, 10 vol, 20 vol, and 30 vol, the mixing ratio is a simple 1:1 for a creamy emulsion that doesn’t irritate sensitive scalps. There’s also no harsh odor or fragrances for better tolerability.
